Horrible customer service where they force clients to buy 1 drink per person which cannot be exchanged for something else in case you do not feel like having a drink. Anything else is ordered separately.

The staff could of course also not communicate well or understand my English, using a translator app which made the whole customer service experience even more disappointing.
