You know abalone porridge or Jeonbok-juk that Jeju Island is famous for? This is one of the places you should try the dish. It's affordable, fresh, and comforting. This might not be completely for everyone. But if you are familiar with and love Asian congee and the like, like myself, their porridge is definitely gonna hit the spot. On their menu, there are a couple of varieties of dishes, noodle soup and porridge, with abalone and bomal, which is some type of clam abundant in Jeju. The shop owner was also very nice and attentive. To get you there, you will find this place as "Sea Road18" instead of Badang-gilon Naver Map. If you are looking to enjoy local specialty and embrace your Jeju experience, I'd recommend...

Decided to try from a recommendation from YT channel Flora and Note. Did not disappoint. The conch porridge was probably my favorite. It was flavorful and comfortung. Staff was friendly and helped with how to eat the dishes and how to season it with the table sauces. Excellent service highly recommend!

There is a wait list iPad tablet just outside the front door. In order to be on the wait list, you must have a Korean +010 mobile number so the reservation system can send you an SMS when your table is ready. If you don't have a Korean phone number, step inside and inform the staff and they will put you into the queue manually, you just have to stick around so when they call your number you're just outside the...

Is an easy find on Naver map. Very clean restaurant with music, English menu

We ordered seaweed noddles soup, conch porridge and abalone soup comes with a bowl of white rice.

The sides dishes are authentic and tasty. Everyone is served with Tot (Jeju's seaweed) - barley rice. We both like the barley rice nixed with pork sauce. (Can be refilled freely like those side dishes). Do not mix too much as it may be quite salty for some.

The seafood is very fresh and you cab see those abalone moving on your boiling soup Very tasty and juicy after cooked.

Conch is quite chewy, maybe a bit hard for elderly or weak gum.

The noodles very yummy, chewy yet soft.

Overall a very good nice...

This restaurant is easy to find on Naver map and offers a very clean, welcoming atmosphere with music playing and an English menu available. We ordered the abalone soup, Every guest is served with Tot (Jeju's seaweed) and barley rice. It's a cozy Korean spot known for its delicious abalone porridge, seafood soup, and boiled abalone. Everything is incredibly fresh, and the value for money is excellent. The owner was very kind which were amazing. From the food to the people and the environment, everything was great. The side dishes are authentic and flavorful. which we really enjoyed mixed with pork sauce.
