The Jeju island is famous tourist spot. as you knows, like other tourist spots, there are many rip-off restaurants only for tourist, not for residents in Jeju. But trust me, here is BEST SEAFOOD PLACE in Jeju!
if you're in a group of three or four person, you must order medium-sized single sashimi platter. (in korean word, "모듬회 중" probabily you can show this korean word to staff, and the staff can understand what you want) the price of medium-sized platter is 150,000 krw, maybe you feels it is expensive, but it's not at all! here is why:
although its name means "single sashimi platter", this is not a "single platter"! maybe you will be surprised that staff keep serving sashimi and side dishes. actually this menu is a kind of gorgious course meal!
the "course" starts from side dishes, fresh sashimi, grilled fish, fried rice, fish soup, and will be ended with fried rice. most perfect course dish i ever had in Jeju, even in south korea.
totally recommended if you're big fan of fresh seafood! my rating is one...

Food was alright, but do note that they mainly converse in Korean, so if you are not able to speak Korean it will be quite difficult. I was there with my husband and was introduced by the waitress to a 260,000 won sashimi set, without really understanding what it included,, and it which turned out to be soooooo many dishes for just my husband and I haha 🥲 It was good nonetheless, but it was really ALOT, and the portion was definitely more for 4 adults, which I kinda wish they would have mentioned it beforehand. 원래 다른 용두암 근처에 다른 단골이 있어서 가려고 했는데... 그 집에 일하시는 분이 결근이셔서 영업을 어제 안한다고 하셔서.. 다른 곳을 검색해서 갔습니다. 제주에는 횟집이 아주 비싼 집(서울 강남에 있는 일식집 수준), 그리고, 좋은 횟집(4사람 기준 20만원25만원), 마지막으로 동네에 있는 1인분에 2만원2만5천원하는 조금 저렴한 횟집.. 이렇게 세가지 레벨로 구분되는 것 같습니다.(제 의견입니다.) 어제 방문한 집은 4사람 기준 20~25만원인 횟집이었습니다. 제주도에서 횟집을 오래하신 분들은 조금씩 자신들만의 색깔이 있습니다. 제 단골집은 김을 밥(식초로 버무린)을 함께 주십니다. 그러면, 김과 밥, 그리고, 고등어회나 메인이 아닌 회를 함께 싸서 먹으면 별미입니다. 어제 갔던 삼다도 횟집의 장점은 (1)정말 친절하다 (2)코스별로 나오는 음식이 손님이 먹는 속도에 맞추어서 나온다 (3)생각하지도 않았던 철판에 새우, 송이버섯, 전복구이가 나오고.. 그리고, 나중에는 이 철판에 밥을 볶아서 나옵니다. 그리고, 마지막으로는 귤을 한바구니 주십니다. 아` 그리고, 중간에 생물 옥돔 구이도 나오네요. 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 중으로 주문했는데.. 나오는 회가 (1)참돔 (2)다금바리(요즘 제주 근해에서 다금바리가 많이 잡힌다고 하는 소문이 있습니다.)
