Samdasoo cold buckwheat noodles were outstanding. It's a vegetarian (quite likely vegan) option. It's made without pork/chicken as described. The picture had a shrimp in it. Asked for it without any fish products or shrimp and the owner was happy to prepared it with vegetables instead. Came with wasabi, kimchi and pickled radish. My expectations were low but it was quite possibly the best item I've had this entire trip!
