Tamura — Restaurant in Jeju

This is an absolutely amazing restaurant for more reasons than one. The ambience was very calming, dimly lit and light music in the background was perfect. The menu has such an array of choices that made it pleasantly difficult to choose what to eat. The Tod Man Goong (fried shrimp) was absolutely crispy and beyond delicious. The Poo Pad Phong Curry (soft shell crab) has got to be the best food I've tasted in a while and my wife loved her Pad See Ew. Excellent choices of Thai beer to pair with Jeju Soju. I was too busy eating the delicious meal so forgot to take more pics. The interior decoration is beautiful and goes well with the refreshing and authentic Thai dishes. 인생최애메뉴일정도로 똠얌꿍을 좋아하는편입니다. 이곳의 똠얌꿍은 굉장히 크리미한편입니다. 그렇다고해서 코코넛밀크의 텁텁한 맛은 많이 나지않아 좋네요. 다만 간이 약간 짭니다. 밥시켰는데도 간간한 편이었습니다.

팟타이도 약간 짭짤해서 밥이랑 같이먹기 좋을것 같아요. 똠얌꿍 팟타이 둘다 아주 살살 매큼한 맛이 올라오는 편입니다.

이곳에서의 베스트메뉴는 놀랍게도 텃만꿍이었습니다. 새우 고로케인데 정말 맛있네요. 강추합니다. 통새우가 하나 통으로 들어가있을뿐아니라 고로케 반죽에도 새우가 들어가서 맛있고 알싸한 마늘맛이 많이 납니다. 4개짜리만 있어서 2개만 시킬수도 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 남지만 포장해와서 집에서도 맛나게 먹었습니다.

평일 낮 12시에 가니 매장안이 꽉찼고 12시 반쯤 지나니 앉을 자리가 더러 있었습니다.
