Sushi Uda — Restaurant in Jeju

Fresh and Yummy! We went for a late lunch during the week. One review we had looked at said it closed at 1500, but the door sign said 2200. Either way, we had the place to ourselves! There was an English menu for us to use, which was good since we don't have any usable Hangul. The prices were very reasonable for sushi, and we would have paid more, honestly. We tried a few things that we knew and were still hungry. The sushi master suggested something for us to try, so we had that platter of 12. Everything was great. Our least favorite was the cuttlefish, well, with our shared charades, we think it was cuttlefish. The taste was fine, but the texture was different. If we ever get back to Jeju, we will definitely find this...

Best sushi joint on the island, period. Almost all the served fish are caught locally and it's amazing what flavors can be reached with ageing and care.
