Masala — Restaurant in Jeonju-si

Perhaps I used to other regions of Indian cuisine or have gotten used to the Indian food found in America , but i didn't find this to be the best Indian food I've ever had. The portions were quite small and there seemed to be some small notes here and there missing. I also thought it was a bit pricier than what I am used to be, but I realize that probably comes from having to get ahold of all the ingredients.

The set menu items are worth. You'll get assorted tandoori chicken, prawn, fish and mushroom. The taste of curry and every other items are tasty without any extra salt or over added spices. The menu has variety of curry from various part of India. At the end of the set menu customer will get to choose between Lassi/ Mango lassi/ Tea / Coffee. Extremely good food, reasonable prices, impeccable service.

Came here during our trip in Korea and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The owner is extremely friendly and starts his service the moment you step inside. The atmosphere is very calm and the food is on another level. There are very large selections of tandoori food and different curries, the star of the show in my opinion is the naan.
