San-Alae — Restaurant in Namyangju-si

English: You can tell a restaurant is good when even the side dishes are delicious—and this place proves it. The side dishes are great, especially the sweet and healthy-tasting sauce on the pumpkin fritters, which I think is made with jujube.

I tried the grilled spicy pork, cockles, and mackerel.

Spicy pork: Just like the name says, it has a great grilled flavor—not artificial, but natural and slightly spicy.

Cockles: Taste and texture are similar to spicy sea snail salad.

Mackerel: Incredibly tender and moist. The seasoning is just right, and it’s even suitable for kids.

However, here’s the important part: you need to order at least two portions, but even with three portions, it felt like only two were served (especially for the pork). I recommend ordering two portions and adding a separate side dish.

한국어: 맛집은 밑반찬부터가 맛있다. 이 식당도 그렇다. 밑반찬부터가 맛있다. 특히 단호박튀김의 소스가 건강하게 달달한 맛인데, 대추로 만든 것 같다.

먹어본 메뉴: 직화제육, 꼬막, 고등어

제육: 메뉴 이름 그대로 불맛이 난다. 인위적이지 않고 자연스러운 불맛이며, 적당히 매콤하다.

꼬막: 골뱅이무침과 비슷한 식감과 맛.

고등어: 살이 매우 부드럽고 촉촉하며, 간도 딱 좋다. 아기가 먹기에도 좋다.

주의할 점: 2인분 이상 주문해야 하는데, 3인분을 시켜도 제육은 2인분 정도의 양만 나오는 것 같다. 2인분 시키고 단품으로 추가하는 것을 추천한다.

Bahasa Indonesia: Restoran yang enak bisa terlihat dari banchan (lauk pendampingnya)—dan tempat ini membuktikannya. Semua lauk pendampingnya enak, terutama saus pada labu goreng yang manis sehat, sepertinya dibuat dari kurma merah (jujube).

Menu yang saya coba: Daging babi pedas bakar, kerang darah (cockles), dan ikan makarel.

Daging babi bakar: Sesuai namanya, ada rasa panggangan yang khas dan alami, dengan tingkat kepedasan yang pas.

Kerang: Rasanya dan teksturnya mirip salad kerang pedas (seperti golbaengi muchim).

Makarel: Dagingnya sangat lembut dan juicy. Rasanya pas dan cocok juga untuk anak-anak.

Catatan penting: Harus memesan minimal 2 porsi, tapi meskipun pesan 3 porsi (terutama daging babi), rasanya hanya seperti 2 porsi. Saya sarankan pesan 2 porsi dan tambah lauk tambahan...
