Dongison Mandu Dumplings — Restaurant in Pocheon-si

We ordered seafood pajeon and small dumpling jeongol. The dumpling jeongol was clean, almost bland, to the point of being bland. The broth, like shabu-shabu, had a sweet, savory, and salty flavor from the vegetables, with a light, soupy texture. The dumplings, filled with kimchi and tofu, had a very light flavor, but they were so light that they felt almost seasoned, which didn't quite live up to the rich flavor of the tofu jeongol. Since you can't choose between meat or kimchi dumplings, the meat dumpling order might be a bit disappointing. The seafood pajeon was almost fried, and the crispiness was so good that I enjoyed it more like a fried dish than a pancake. It was clean and good, but a bit disappointing for my taste. However, it's a flavor that most Koreans will find enjoyable...

귀차니즘인 날 리뷰까지 쓰게 할 만큼의 인생 손에 꼽히는 최악의 식당.. 유명하다는 만두전골은 동네 일반 샤브샤브 보다 맛없음.. 짜기만한 육수, 만두 속들이 추웠는지 피는 또 얼마나 두껍던지.. 속은 짜고 맛없고.. 고기는 또 육수에 끓여 먹는데 얼마나 뻑뻑한지.. 와.. 진짜.. 유명하고 맛 집에대한 신뢰가 없어질판.. 종원원분들 끼리 의사소통이 안됐는지 자리는 세번이나 옮기고 첨부터 어디 앉으라 말을 해주던지 계속 맨끝으로만 가라고 하고.. 자리 옮기 던중 이동하는 카트에 무릎을 부딪혀도 죄송하다는 고사하고 괜찮으시냐는 말한마디 없으시고 슥 한번 지나가주시는 종원업분의 쿨함에 또 감탄..ㅋ 홀은 또 쓸데 없이 넓은데 안내해준 구석 별채 같은 곳에 자리에 앉다보니 테이블에 벨도 없어서 종원업을 하염없이 불러야만 하는데 들리지도 않고 무슨 메아리도 아니고.. 함흥차사 인 상황.. 벨이없으면 별채에도 사람들이 많았는데 가까이 종업원들이 계시던지.. 결국 저를 포함한 모든 사람들이 홀중앙에 계신 종업원분들께 가서 추가 주문을 하더군요.. 대환장의 현장.. 그 모든 불만을 덮어버릴 만한 맛이라도 있던지.. 맛, 서비스, 시스템 및 환경.. 정말 최악에 뭐 하나 빠지지 않는 대단하고 신선한 경험의 식당이였습니다~!ㅋㅋ 별하나도 아까움.. 제가 운이 없었거나 그날 컨디션의 영향일 수도 있겠지만.. 사람들이 많은 것에 대해 정말 1도 이해를 할 수가 없었음. 제의견에 공감 못 하시는 분들도 계시겠지만.. 소수의 의견 이라도...
