Expectations: I think we set our expectations a bit too high based upon the Naver photos. We expected more of a cozy vibe and larger size portions of bingsu.

The place wasn't bad at all, was empty upon arrival. While I liked that there were outlets, the walls in the cafe were dirty and the smell of the restroom seeped into the ordering area where the kiosk is. The bathroom walls and doors are very unsanitary. I did appreciate the brand new bar of soap on top of the last bar that had dirt in it.

Customer service: The lady was very kind. When she seen me come in she turned on music.

The dessert itself was good, though, we were expecting a bigger portion especially for the cost. The waffle was very delicious, but a bit over cooked. The bingsu; delicious! However, it could've used a lot more shaved milk. The strawberry pastry was a 10/10 through...
