I'm extremely disappointed with Dewdrop's service. As a loyal customer since 2017, I was shocked by the unwelcoming treatment I received on my recent visit. My daughter and I stopped by after a long day, and I ordered a drink for her and a pastry. Within 5 minutes, a staff member approached us, asking me to either leave or buy something for myself, citing that "if 10 people come and only 1 buys, they're losing money." I found this excuse not only rude but also illogical, especially considering there were only a handful of customers in the shop.
I was taken aback by the blunt and unfriendly approach. Considering the amount of money I've spent at Dewdrop in the past, I expected better service. Unfortunately, this experience has soured me to the point where I won't be returning. I'll be taking my business (and my friends) to Hangout Place instead. They offer delicious pastries, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere with games for both adults and kids.
I don't wish Dewdrop ill, but I won't be contributing to their revenue anymore. If you value good customer service and a friendly atmosphere, you might want to consider...

The Dewdrop Cafe is the kind of place you stumble upon and then immediately wonder how you ever lived without. It’s got charm for days—like if a warm hug and a good cup of coffee opened a business together.
The atmosphere is perfect: cozy but not cramped, stylish without trying too hard. The staff? Incredibly friendly—like, suspiciously so. Either they genuinely love their jobs, or someone’s bribing them with really good muffins. Speaking of muffins, the food is no joke. The baked goods are fresh, the coffee is strong (as it should be), and the menu has that perfect balance of comfort and creativity.
Whether you’re there for a quiet morning coffee or a casual meet-up that turns into a three-hour chat, Dewdrop makes you feel welcome. It’s clear a lot of care goes into everything, from the playlist to the latte art.
Highly recommend. But also, please don’t tell too many people. I still want to...
Read moreDew Drop Café is a gem of a French café nestled in the heart of Korea. Their desserts that are awesome. So far I’ve had a Black Forest Cake and an Oreo Cake. I was pleased to find they are delicious without being too sweet or too rich.
The desserts are also a perfect complement to their coffees, which I consider liquid wizardry. I am a fan of their cafe mocha, which is a perfect balance of chocolatey sweetness and the bitter goodness of espresso.
The café has multiple floors and ambience of the place is perfect for hanging out, having a nice little date with your loved be like my wife and I did tonight, or even getting food and coffee to go for take out. I even saw a college student studying. Great atmosphere with a nice selection of music.
The best part for my wife and I is Dew Drop Café’s location being a stone’s throw from our front...
