Me and my family have been going here for our entire 2 years in Korea and can easily say it is our favorite pizza place that we have ever been to, if not our #1 restaurant ever. Sue and her team put their heart and soul into their food and it shows. Her bruschetta is a must, her creamy mushroom pasta is extremely flavorful, my wife loves her greens salad, and we all destroy the pizza every single time. Its a quaint little place, with seating for only about 3-4 families, but its a lovely little atmosphere that you can sit and relax while you wait. Be patient, as there is only a single brick oven for the pizza, and it can can definitely take some time at peak hours. But the food is worth it. You can always call ahead and order it to go to enjoy at home. Sue speaks perfect English and always keeps her times updated on Google for when she is on break with family or competing at the International Pizza Festival in Las Vegas. This place is amazing and we miss it dearly, including both of my kids.

Read moreEverything about this place was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy atmosphere, easy ordering process, excellent food. They were very backed up with to go orders when we arrived, chef came out and politely notified us of the longer than expected time to receive food. We ordered the pasta and a pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely worth the wait. The pasta arrived first and our table was prepped with two small plates to share and silverware. We added sausage to the pasta based on all the reviews of how good the sausage was. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was creamy and rich but not so much that it overpowered the dish. Shortly after our pepperoni pizza arrived and was stellar. The crusts texture was soft yet crispy on the edges giving it some integrity to hold and fold depending how you eat your slice. The cheese was incredible, not overly greasy, not dry, just perfect. Just the right amount of sauce to tie together the crust and toppings. We will be back and probably often. The entire experience was perfect for...
Read moreIt makes me sad to think of all the money I wasted on base pizza while this gem was practically across the street! Check the pics: the food tastes as good as it looks! The prices are also very reasonable. Expect the $15-17 range depending on the exchange rate. Meanwhile, Vatos is trying to charge 30+ for mediocre everything. Don't even bother comparing to Pizza Hut or Hunt Bros, this blows them away. The restaurant, itself, is small and cozy on the inside. Not pretentious, not too light or dark. This place is the real deal, people! Even the parking isn't difficult. How often can you say that about Korea??? Parking in back, a few spots on the side, and even space in front that's available all day on the weekends and during prime "pick up and go" hours during the week. Literally the worst thing I can say is that it isn't open 24/7. It isn't just good for Korea or for something around base, it could stand toe-to-toe with the best DC has to offer.
