Mr Crab — Restaurant in Seogwipo-si

This restaurant offers a delightful set menu priced around 170,000 won, with a beautiful sea view that enhances the dining experience—perfect for seafood lovers. There were only two of us, and the portions were generous. The lobster dish was excellent, though the snow crab, while tasty, was on the smaller side. To fully enjoy the crab’s sweetness, I’d recommend having the shell removed first and savoring the meat in one bite. The service was fantastic; the staff helped dismember the shells and guided us on how to eat each part. The rice ball was especially delicious, though we were too full to try the ramen. We also enjoyed two complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch.

The only downside was being asked to take photos with the live seafood and wear their headbands, which felt a bit forced. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience with friendly service and...

We had the Couple set Lobster seafood platter with seaweed & fish roe rice and ramen. It was very delicious and very much recommended. The owner a beautiful Korean couple were very friendly and welcoming to us foreigners from Australia. Surprised their english was quite good. They even showed us the live fresh lobster to take a pic with before cooking it for us. Gave one spicy seafood platter & one non-spicy. Offered refills on the delicious rice & ramen. Even our very fussy eater teenage son was very happy with the yummy seafood. They also asked us to write a note on their wall full with writing from happy customers all over the globe. Went in a group of 8, ordered the king crab and all of us were stuffed and satisfied!

Worth it! Alaskan king crab is expensive everywhere but here together for the price of the crab, they gave us free Jumeokbap and ramen, we could ask for more if we wanted to and there is a seafood platter nicely cooked including mussels, abalone, prawns, some veggies and it was really delicious. Expect to spend about 4-500 on the whole meal but it’s worth it! In other places, 4-500 only gets you crab.
