We’ve tried many bbq and this one is THE BEST. The black pork is the most fresh, succulent and flavourful of any you can find on Jeju Island. It melted in our mouths, there are no chewy bits at all. The portion is the most generous too !! This bbq made all the others pale in comparison. It was like trying Korean bbq pork for the very first time.
The owner hand-makes all the banchan too, and they were just as impressive. The radish pairs perfectly with the pork and anchovy sauce is so flavourful. The steamed egg was like a silky pudding with an amazing flavour.
The service was also impeccable, as they instructed us on the different ways to eat the pork and cooked it to perfection for us.

The owner grilled our meat for us and the meat tasted extremely good. It was my best BBQ meal in Jeju so far. Even the jowl which had a lot of lean meat tasted so juicy and tender. They also had lettuce to wrap the meat in, which was interesting as it had a hint of sweetness.
