The taste is worth the trip, AND the wait. There is always a wait here, so plan for that. Parking is difficult, so plan for that. Many people let someone out of the car to get a spot on the wait list (actually it's a kiosk/app service) while they park. You order on the waiting machine and they confirm as you're seated. Then, you still have to wait a little for the food, but when the food comes... oh man, it's heaven. If you don't get the Bahn Xeo, you are doing yourself a disservice. It alone is more than worth the wait, and the pho is also outrageously yum. They have a large menu, so there's plenty to justify a return trip to try more! They serve the real Sriracha sauce and you can get extra cilantro if you want. They also serve rice paper wraps to be eaten raw with the food, (and larger ones with hot water if you order the ssam dish) and it's a lovely experience, but lettuce is also served if you prefer.
