The location is quite inconvenient. There is ALWAYS a long wait - weekday lunch will set you back 40-50 mins of wait or more. There is basically one item on the menu - the Jangmozip Jungshik - the only set menu. You can, however, order extra bosam, which is steamed pork belly with veggie sides, or extra hot pot of rice.
The food is very clean, well-seasoned, fresh, and overall delicious. And you can always get unlimited refills on the side dishes, which is self service.
I would go back, the place is at least 4 stars, but the wait is something I never like.

I felt like a king. Every single banchan was delicious and unique. Totally worth the 30 minute wait despite trying to come late to avoid the...
