LOTTERIA — Restaurant in Seongnam-si

I just Order a chocolate sundae,2 pieces and i didn't know that if you ordered a 2 pieces sundae (take out)they will never give you a plastic to carry the ice cream.. so i carry it with my 2 hands..when i ordered to the counter the girl is not smiling and almost her face is irritating because she's busy doing some orders,because i used cash not the kios because i don't have card right now. As a foreigner i used my google translator to say my ordered so she can understand what i want to ordered right away.but her face is not even smiling i feel that she is very annoyed or irritating unlike to mcdonalds they are very welcoming the customer.Please when you take orders try to smile to customers even they dont have card. I think she just annoyed because she's busy she don't want to take...

야탑킴스 NC백화점 건물 1층에서 이전함. 상호명도 야탑킴스점에서 야탑역점으로 변경됨. 지역 특성상 유동인구와 무질서한 젊은 사람들이 많이 이용하나 매장 내를 깨끗이 유지하기 위해 노력한 흔적이 많이 보임. 일하는 정직원 또는 아르바이트직원들은 대체로 아주 젊은 사람들로 이뤄져 있다보니 매장 내에서의 질서는 좀 부족한 듯. 손님이 매장 앞에 서 있는데도 주방 안쪽에서 장난치고 떠들고 하는 모습이 그대로 다 보임. 점장이 있는건지 관리를 안 하는건지.. 아니면 본사 차원에서 관리를 안하는건지.. 롯데리아 패스트푸드점도 점점 사양길을 걷다보니 관리가 안되는건가.. 아뭏튼 그냥 신경 안쓰고 간단한 햄버거류 먹고 하기는 괜찮은듯. 단, 매장 바로 밖은 담배꽁초와 각종 쓰레기 일회용 컵 등등으로 냄새도 쾌쾌하고 해서 위치가...

초저녁에 방문했습니다. 불고기버거를 주문했고 메뉴를 기다리는 손님은 세명정도 보였구요. 카운터에 주문받는 직원 1명과 주방에 1명 또는 2명이 근무하고 있었는데, 주문한 메뉴가 10분 이상 지나서 나왔습니다. 주변에 맥도날드와 버거킹, KFC 등이 있어서 그런지 손님이 별루 없네요. 매장 테이블은 다닥다닥 붙어 있어서 조금 답답해 보이고 매장 내에 준비된 손소독제 세통 중 두통은 비어 있었습니다ㅜㅜ 테이블은 닦질 않는지 지저분했고, 날파리가 끊임 없이 달려 들었습니다. 정문 바로 앞에는 어려보이는 남녀커플이 담배를 피우고 있어서 연기가 매장 안으로 들어 오고 있는데...여긴 언제나 흡연자들이 즐겨 찾는 곳인 것 같네요. 롯데리아의 명성도...
