Hands down the best and most authentic malatang restaurant in Seoul! It's literally run by Chinese and you can hear the staff speaking Chinese to each other.

All the ingredients are very fresh and they have many choices for noodles. I got spicy level 2 and it was perfect. Can't wait to come back again!

서울에서 마라탕집 많이 가봤는데...

중대 정문 근처 마라탕 1등집. 최근 일반 프랜차이즈에서는 사실상 매운 사골국물같은 마라탕이 참 많은데, 이 집은 중국에서 먹던 맛을 구현하고 있다. 이름 그대로 마하고 라한 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 좀 더 현지스러운 맛을 느끼려면 2단계 이상부터를 추천한다. 또 한가지 좋은점은 마라샹궈랑 마라빤과의 가격차이가 많이 나지 않는 다는점+냉장고에서 고를 수 있는 재료들이 추가 비용없이 다양하게 고를 수 있다는 점(중국 어묵 등)이다. 꿔바로우도 맛이 있다, 완전 중국식처럼 밑도 끝도없이 시지도 않고 적당한 단맛도 있어서 부담이 없는 맛. 위생도 깔끔하다. 단점이라면 가파른 2층이라 올라가고...
