Hyeseong Kalguksu — Restaurant in Seoul

It's a hidden gem I found on a food tour. There are no signs outside the restaurant and windows are covered. I could have stood in front of the restaurant for hours without ever knowing this amazing place exists. The chicken noodles are amazing Grandma Style noodles. There is a spicy red sauce you can add to the noodles which is also delicious. You can get refills on the noodles for free in 1/2 and full portions but if you don't eat the 2nd portion of noodles then you will get charged for it. The best kalguksu so far! We initially wanted to try the anchovy broth but the owner said no sharing, so we had chicken broth as well. Both did not disappoint! Both broths were rich and the noodles were done just right. We had a hard time picking which is better. We had a third serving for free. Their kimchi is good too! Will definitely dine in again if we travel to korea! Highly recommend...

They will gave you 2 small bowl ( I saw people use for noodles and drinking water).
