Ordered on the app and asked for a fork and ketchup. Gave me only ONE packet of ketchup and no fork (even though I’ve gone here before and they gave me one of the small ones) so you could tell they were just being smart. Chicken is ALWAYS undercooked and has this weird smell. Money wasted. I hate going here to be honest but it’s the closest location to me so I have to smh.

24년12월27일 친구 2명과 같이 다이소 홈플러스 상봉점에 갔다가 점심식사를 간단히 하자고 해서 찾아간곳이 KFC다. 오후1시30분이 되어서 그런지 매장안에는 손님이 3명뿐이 었다. 우리 3명을 합해서 6명이 매장안 손님이었다. 아침기온은 영하4도였지만 낮이라서 많이 누그러진 날씨 였는데 매장안에 손님이 별로 없으니 썰렁한 분위기다. 칠리징거콤보를 먹었는데 쌀쌀한 날씨에 제격인 약간은 매콤한 맛이다.

매장 테이블이 살짝 정리가 안된 느낌이 있었으나 전체적으로 더럽다는 느낌은 아니었다. 매장 내부가 살짝 추워서 먹기에 아주 쾌적한 환경은 아니었다. 하지만!! 이 모든 것을 이기고 나를 행복하게 한 치킨과 햄버거의 맛 정말 엄청났다... 블랙라벨 진짜 맛있다!

KFC. It has a large hall but is filled with small wooden tables and chairs. Kiosks are multilingual and easy to use. As a once-local resident, I prefer this place more than other food chains...

롯×리× 망우점에서 불친절을 경험하고 난뒤 별1점에서 별2으로 상승조정. 별1점이었던 사유는 치킨주문후(매장에서 포장주문함) 30분 걸림(계산완료영수증에 찍힌 시간부터 정확하게 32분 이후에 치킨을 받았다). 그래도 바빠서 불친절한 해당 매장이 같은 동네의 타 패스트푸드점보다는 좀 낫다. 시간이 걸린부분에 대해 패스트푸드점의 서비스목적과 거리가 있음을 직원에게 항의했으나, "바빠서..." 라며 말끝을 흐릴뿐 사과가 없었음. 물론 그들은 매우 바쁜 것은 맞았다. 패스트푸드점의 정확하지 못한 오더 진행으로 소요시간이 길었던 것이 문제이며, 해당 서비스 불량에 대한...
