The Delicious Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Seoul

So theres some things I dont like, do like, and would like people who read this to consider.

Price is around 10,000₩ - Basically 9 or 10 bucks $

The food is very good and healthy. They have various options such as Baked Fish,salmon Ale Bab (has like bunch of stuff and cooked in a pot so it comes out really hot so be careful), Tofu, Meat (which is lovely), Soup, buckwheat korean pancake, etc.

If you cant read Korean its called (The Delicious/Tasty Food/Rice Place ) whatever floats your boat (?)

My favourite so far from the several times I went there are Buckwheat pancake, Meat dish, and Ale Bab.

Now here are things I dont like or would like to make people consider things to expect so you dont get too upset with it.

Very narrow stairs, so its not much of a big deal but you gotta wait for the person to get to the bottom/top before you can start going down/up the stairs.

They are very busy during lunch and dinner times.

During busy times it can get hectic cause they only have two waitresses. For example, you will call them, order, and sometimes bring the wrong thing. Sometimes youll click/push the bell (circle stuck onto the table on the side or corner) and they wont even hear it or notice it (they can only focus on so many things at once). When its busy and you are waiting for someone to come take your order you have to wait forever unless you wait till they come anywhere near and get their attention to order somethibg.

According to someone I know and me we would go there and surprise its almost closing time but they say we can eat, oh look they wont even give us water, mom wanted to ask but the way they acted was a bit rude.

They rarely every smile (Ive only seen it once). But this was after we came like 6 times. So for those who like being served with a smile your not in much luck unless they just tired, exhausted, or just didnt like us at first for some odd reason.

After you are done with your water and need a refill they will not refill it automatically or bring a new one. You have to call them, so for those who expect that service, welp your out of luck (unless they have a change of method/heart)

It was an okay meal. The food was good. The retuarant was clean. The service was mediocre (admittedly, it was very busy at the time. • 버섯생불고기전골 (mushroom barbequed beef hot pot): good • 매밀 해물 부추전 (seafood leek [chives] buckwheat pancakes: good • 가자미구이 (grilled halibut): Bad (Told it normally tastes better. Apparently it was a bad day. Thought it was undercooked and sent it back to be cooked more thoroughly. Turned out the fish was spoiled. Sent it back, they said they would cook us a new one. It took so long that we had already finished eating by the time it arrived. Asked them to take it...

Not sure about the other reviews but I had an excellent meal here. Weekday lunch. This food is home style Korean food, especially the mixed rice with various fish. The quality of the banchan was excellent. The soybean paste tasted home made in a good way.

Prices are very reasonable the restaurant was clean and the service was polite and kind.

Highly recommend for a comfort home style Korean...
