옥란푸딩 — Restaurant in Sokcho-si

I’m pleasantly surprised by the yummy puddings here! Dropped by to try the special local pudding flavors, ended up eating 3 and takeaway 2 more. It’s just 2 persons eating 😂

This is a small shop with limited dining area, but we saw many locals coming for takeaway. Small photo machine which prints stickers too, I think it’s free

For pudding, we tried all except chocolate (tofu, potato, chestnut, matcha, sesame). Really, all were impressive. The pudding was rich yet not too heavy. It’s addictive. You can taste that they use premium ingredients. The savory flavors were interesting too, it really felt like I was eating tofu/potato but in a dessert.

Must visit when...

This place has special puddings like potato and tofu puddings. I tried 5 different flavors, and potato pudding is the best. Others are mediocre but might be good if you’re craving...
