성대근처 냉면과 만두맛집. 살얼음이 동동 떠있는 시원한 물냉면 강추. 출장가다가 근처 맛집 검색하여 발견함. 주차자리가 여유롭지는 않기 때문에 근처 적당한 곳에 자리보이면 눈치껏 주차해야함. 오랜만에 만나보는 칡냉면이 반가웠음. 자리마다 놓여진 뜨거운 육수가 맛이 좋았음. 왕만두는 고기만두일 것이다라는 고정관념을 깨고, 대범하게 김치왕만두가 나옴. 개인성향이기는 하지만, 고기만두를 좋아하는 내게는 약간의 도전이었음. 하지만, 오래된 가계의 업력이 말해주듯 기본에 충실한 식당인지라 김치왕만두는 다행스럽게도 맛이 좋았음. 비빔냉면은 먹어보지 못했지만, 괜찮은 맛이었다는 증언(?)을 확보함. 수원시 맛집으로 등록된 집이라고 하니 믿고 가도 괜찮은 집이라고 생각됨.

오랜만에 다시 찾은 수천냉면. 역시 여기 비냉이 내 최애이다. 무절임을 듬뿍 비냉과 같이 비벼서 먹으면 정말 맛있고, 뜨겁고 진한 육수도 최고이다.

유명하다고 해서 먹어봤는데 맛없어요. 왜 유명한집인지 모르겠어요 제공되는 따뜻한 육수는 맛있는데 정작 냉면이 맛이 없네요. 면이 너무 질기고, 육수는 담백한것도 아니고, 그렇다고 양념 많이해서 입에 감기는 그런...
