This place was Budaejjigae restaurant near Suwon city hall station, and people were waiting in line every time I went. I visited here in the afternoon and luckily I was able to eat dishes without waiting a few minutes. There was only Budaejjigae on the menu, and only Kimchi as a side dish. Budaejjigae was nice, but it wasn't the best.

Local restaurant that serves only the budaejigae as one main dish. Can add ramyeon if you want but they also give you rice already. Has a lot of chives and sausages and soup is nice for 30 plus bucks. Can try for the photo la. The stoves are all gas piped and restaurant only has local people patronizing it. Perfect for cold weather.

수원 '이나경 송탄부대찌개' - 짜지 않고 깊은 맛의 유명 부대찌개 전문점 어린 시절 송탄에서 부대찌개를 자주 접했던 저에게 '이나경 송탄부대찌개'는 생소한 이름이었지만, 수원에 자리하고 있음에도 꽤 유명한 곳이라고 하여 방문했습니다. 건물 뒤쪽에 어렵게 주차를 하고 매장으로 향했습니다. 이곳은 손님이 매우 많아 캐치테이블 앱을 통한 줄서기 시스템을 사용하고 있습니다. 토요일 '밥이좋아' TV 프로그램에 출연했던 곳이며, 브레이크 타임은 오후 4시부터 5시 30분까지입니다. 특이하게 5시 30분부터 영업을 재개합니다. 매장 입구에는 주류는 반주 정도로만 즐겨달라는 안내문이 붙어 있었고, 소주는 테이블당 1병으로 제한하는 듯했습니다. 줄서기 등록과 동시에 메뉴를 선택하면, 홀에서는 인원수에 맞게 미리 음식을 준비해 줍니다. 기본 찬으로는 김치와 콩나물이 제공됩니다. 손님에게 자리 안내 후, 뚜껑을 덮기 전 사진을 찍을 시간을 주는 점이 인상적이었습니다. 밥은 넓은 대접에 나오는데, 부대찌개 전문점의 국룰인 듯합니다. 고슬고슬한 밥에 부대찌개를 살살 비벼 먹으면 아주 좋습니다. 메뉴는 '스페셜부대찌개' 한 가지이며, 인분에 따라 양이 조절됩니다. 햄, 소시지, 치즈 등 다양한 사리를 추가할 수 있습니다. 요즘 유행하는 푸짐한 부대찌개 비주얼은 이곳에서 시작된 것인지도 모르겠습니다. 아내는 치즈 사리를 추가하여 밥 위에 올려 녹인 후 부대찌개와 함께 비벼 먹는 방법을 선보였는데, 꽤 괜찮은 조합이었습니다. 라면사리로는 진라면 매운맛이 통째로 제공되며, 스프는 넣지 않고 라면만 넣는 방식입니다. '이나경 송탄부대찌개'의 가장 큰 특징은 짜지 않은 국물입니다. 건더기와 채소가 풍부하여 간이 잘 맞습니다. 중간에 사리를 넣으며 육수나 양념장을 추가할 때는 간 조절에 유의하는 것이 좋습니다. 짜지 않고 깊은 맛의 부대찌개를 선호한다면 '이나경 송탄부대찌개'를 추천합니다.
