QooQoo Sushi Roll and Salad Bar Tongyeong Gwangdo Branch — Restaurant in Tongyeong-si

This is located very near to bus terminal (less than 10 mins walking). The place itself is on the 3rd floor of this building (see video).

I often come to Qooqoo. It is indeed one of my favorite buffets on earth. Unfortunately, this branch is a bit lacking: very slow in refilling the food, especially ganjang gejang (crab)

Sashimi was all frozen 😭😭😭😭 I'm not sure if it was because I came around 11 that they just opened, or is it regularly served this way..... first time eating frozen salmon and tuna..... Luckily, they are originally tasty and sweet. You can see the ice in my sashimi in the picture.

we did not know how to go in. There was no queue, so we just walked in. Suddenly, the staff shouted at us, asking us to write down our name first and wait until our turn.

BUT 오늘(2024.2.8.) 점심은 최악이었네요. 사람은 많은데 없는 초밥이 더 많아서

'오늘 이 초밥 안 나오나요?' 물어봤더니

'초밥을 이것만 만드는게 아니라 다른 초밥도 만들어야 합니다'

라고 짜증섞인 말투로 말씀 하시더라구요. 내가 바쁘신 것 같아서 일부러 공손하게 말씀을 드렸는데 이렇게 답을 하시니 기분이 안 좋긴했어요. 그래서

'얼마나 더 기다려야 하는데요?' 라고 했는데 답이 없길래

다시 한 번

'오래 기다려야 하나요?'

말을 하니 눈도 안 보고

짧게

'네'...끝까지 No look talking......

거기다 막내가 음식을 가지러 가는데 동선이 겹친다고 등을 밀치고 이동하는 서버는 뭐라고 이해를 해야 할까요? 국수 준비해 주시는 분도 마찬가지고 오늘 여러모로 같은 돈 내고 푸대접 받은 하루였습니다. 다음에 오면 잘해 주신다던데.... 이런 대접 받으면서...
