빵에 집중한곳 냉동생지 굽는 프랜차이즈와 달리 일하는 사람들이 많아요 끊임없이 바쁘게 만드시고, 금방 소진되고, 다시 채워져요 오늘 치아바타, 크로와상, 초코스콘(?)먹었는데 가장 기본빵인 크로와상이 인상적이었어요 굉장히 많이 접고 겹쳐서 만든 흔적이 확실한 겉바싹한 빵껍질이 맛있었어요 치아바타는 다른곳보다 속이 촉촉했어요 초코빵은 초코렛이 다크하고 질이 좋은게 확실했는데 아메리카노가 없으면 부담스러웠어요 자신없으면 만들지 못하는 호밀빵, 샤워도우빵등이 많아요 화려한 빵이나 케익에 눈이 많이 가는데요, 기본적인 것들이 차별화되게 질이 좋아요 나머지 필링넣은것들은 프랜차이즈와 비슷해요 가격은 조금 비싸지만 차를 몰고 갈만해요 전 빵순이라 맛있으면 혼자가서 먹고오는데 여기도 혼자 가곤해요
