Love the food court, especially the watermelon juice. The tteobokki is so popular, I keep missing out. This location is super crowded. Maybe because of the weekend?? Store opens at 10 and by 11, the line is almost 3/4 of the way to the back of the store. No self-checkout to move things along quicker. Beautiful location though. Nestled against a lush mountain, this Costco probably has one of the best backdrops. Bakery section has wonderful treats.

집에서 그나마 가깝고 해서 충동구매 방지차원으로 한달에 한번 장보러 갑니다...ㅜ.ㅡ 루프탑텐트 땜시 타이어센터 주차하고 장보는데 요즘은 일반 차들도 주차를 해놔서 가끔 주차하기 힘들때도 있더군요.. 암튼 코스트코 이용한지가 10년 정도 인데.. 예전 보다는 가격이 그리 착하다고는 볼수 없네요...개인적인 견해로 볼때 물가상승률을 반영한다고 해도 예전같은 메리트는 많이 떨어지고 있는듯합니다. 애주가라서 5리터 와인 갈때마다 2개씩 사는데 1만6천원대 하던게 오늘은 19,990원 이네요..ㅡ.ㅡ 추천상품은 5리터 레드와인(10원 빠진 2만원 이지만 아직도 가성비 괜찮다고 생각함), 꼬막비빔밥(추운계절에만 구매),연어회 또는 연어초밥,소고기다짐육,뼈없는찜닭,고추장돼지불고기(소분해서 냉동해놓구 가끔 매운거 생각날때 해동해서 먹음 좋아요) ,바나나,냉동볶음밥,반숙계란장,등등 너무 많지만...요정도로.. 아 그리고 좀 아쉬운게 수입처가 바뀐건지 아니면 대기업 브랜드의 로비에서 밀린건지 중소업체 제품중에 정말 맛있고 양도 푸짐하던 제품들이 갑자기 안보이기도 해서 당황한적이 많네요.. 꼭 그자리에 보면 대기업 제품의 비슷한종류의 제품이 차지하고 있더라구요..ㅡ.ㅡ 앞으로 점점 더 심해질거 같기도 해서 조만간 코스트코를 손절할날이 올수도..ㅜ.ㅠ

서울 인근에서 가장 붐비지 않는 지점 입니다. 그래서 인지 다른 코스트코 매장에 품절된 상품들이 아직 판매되는 경우가 많아요. 주차장도 여유있게 주차 할 수 있구요. 주말 보다는 평일 쇼핑하는게 훨씬 편리 합니다. 코스트코라서 다 싼건 아니니까 최저가 검색은 필요합니다. 의정부점도 이제는 전보다 많이 붐비네요. It is the one of the latest opened and not very busy Costco branch in Seoul and its subarea. So it has various goods and products what are sold out in other busiest Costco in Seoul stores. But sometimes they are not the best price. So better to saerh on line price. And it is better to shopping on weekdays.

Aside from Gwangmyung Costco - which is the first costco to be erected in Korea, the Uijeongbu costco is a ONE level costco - just like the states. The Sangbong costco is only 8 minutes from I live, but the parking is horrendous and the shopping floor is divided into two floors. Has to check out Costcos from all over the world. This particular one I felt in the smaller size and did not have a lot of offerings. With that said we did buy a few things and did check out the food court. The hot dog was very tasty, but the bulgogi pizza was so-so. Not sure would get that again, ice cream fresh and tasty as well as...
