코델리아 — Restaurant in Yongin-si

This is really a hidden gem in Yongin. At first I was a bit skeptical looking at other reviews. But I think they completely revamped their menu and the pictures are not at all what we had. The food is seriously top notch Italian, the kind I would eat in a 4 star+ in Italy, nothing I would imagine in Yongin.

It's a small family owned business, the building is old but the restaurant itself is nice and cozy, and a decent view. The owner was really kind and attentive, and I can see they are quite passionate about their food.

We absolutely adored the gnocchi, so many layers of flavor, so much attention to details. The cream sauce is so full of aromas that pairs incredibly well with the gnocchi "pâté".

Next up we had mortadella pizza. They show their own way of eating the pizza, which I found was quite interesting. The quality of the ingredients is up there, along with a crusty, perfectly baked dough.

Last they served us a tiramisu, which felt like it was out of a "pasticceria" in Florence. Every bite as amazing as the next.

My family went for dinner last night and arrived 2 hours before closing time. We were informed that they were sold out, of everything. They have probably 20-30 dishes on the menu, and there were only two tables of customers in the restaurant eating when we arrived. This made us very suspicious.

One couple was leaving as we were waiting for the elevator, so we asked them about the menu. They said there were no menu restrictions, and that everything was available. They also confirmed the restaurant wasn't very busy.

Obviously the employees lied to us. If they want to close early, I understand, but don't try and cover it up by pretending you were so busy that you have NO food left.

There are about a dozen Italian restaurants within walking distance of this one. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

평소 CGV에서 영화를 보고 꼭 들르는 파스타집 입니다. 지난 주 평일 점심에 아내와 애기랑 다녀왔습니다. 실내 인테리어공사를 준비하고 있더군요.

공사를 계획 중이라서 안되는 메뉴가 많더군요. 물어보니 식재료를 구입하지 않고 재고소진? 중에 있다고 하더군요. 머 그럴수도 있지 했습니다.

로제파스타와 바질리조또를 주문했습니다. 맛은 있었는데, 예전만 못했습니다. 보니, 주방장이 다른 사람이더군요. 이전에는 30대 청년 두 분이 조리 하셨는데, 홀에 여자 두분, 20대 초반 남자분이 주방에 있었습니다. 공사가 그리 중요한 건지 중요한 주방장을 바꾸고 영업을 하는 것에 고개가 갸웃 했습니다.

피클이 서빙 안되서 피클을 달라고 했습니다. 인테리어 공사를 하느라고 재료 소진 때문에 피클을 안 사다 놓는다고 합니다. 죄송하다고는 하는데,

이럴려면 휴업을 하는게 맞지 않을까요? 메뉴가 적어서 선택할 폭도 적고 주방장도 바뀌어서 음식맛도 바뀌고 피클도 없어서 식사에 느끼함은 넘치고

인테리어 공사 후에 재오픈 기념으로 할인 행사를 한다고 하는데, 공사 전에 가서 없는 재로 소진시켜주고 경험업는 주방장 마루타되고 말만 죄송하다는 말을 들은 고객은 호구인가요?
