The drive thru is a catastrophe. Very narrow and it takes ages till meals are prepared(this time again 10 minutes+).

Just happens to be conveniently located for me, else I rather visit another store or drive thru.

점심, 저녁 러시아워에 상관 없이 방문객이 많은 것은 사실이지만 서비스 속도가 매우 느림.

드라이브쓰루 라인에 들어가서 주문 대기에 막혀 버리면 갑자기 급한 일이 생겨도 되돌아 나갈 수도 없고 매우 난감한 상황을 맞이할 수 있음

직원 충원이나 주방 동선 조정 등 서비스 속도 개선이 반드시 필요함. 음식 늦게 나온다고 단순히 불평 하는게 아니라 같은 레시피 같은 메뉴에 비슷한 주문양 처리 속도가 타 지점과 비교 했을때 현저히 느림. 드라이브쓰루 주문이 계속 밀리면서 함께 입주되어 있는 주유소의 영업에도 지장이 있음.
