Mozza no taste at all...cow's milk not buffala. Very nice texture. Taste is a bit absent... The problem is that I didnt felt they like their clients...they sell mozza with nothing if you are not client from the restaurant part...they sell it at the counter without olive oil, salt or balsamico....if you want to have your mozza directly outside you have to think everything...and when you ask for something they act like you looking for free food...even the waiter of the restaurant came running to me telling "no no no...oil is for restaurant"...calma...and act like in Italy that we love....be generous and patient when a client try to have communication with you guys...the entire place was empty.. Edit : your response is so ridiculous...first of all the place was open. It was after 11am. And when can easily check the opening hours (from 10am to 4pm, everyone know to read or maybe modify your info on maps)....I didnt touch anything..that means your clients are not allowed to touch and serve themselves some olive oil from the bottle???? What is that "Restaurant"....I never came to have caprese or something else you invented. Stop lying please...you expose your business and bad personality....you were unprofessional, ridiculous and ungenerous. And you are not the only one making average mozza on the Island..Even Carrefour is selling better product from italia. I change my rating from 3 to 1...
