Doña Catrina Mexican Bistró — Restaurant in Alcalà de Xivert

Stopped in from seeing it walking by. I've seen good reviews, so we gave it a go as we love Mexican. It's such a charming little restaurant. The staff were fantastic, our waiter Santi was fantastic. The menu was a good size with the choice of options perfect for anyone. We ordered a few different options to try. Everything was absolutely delicious. Nothing we didn't like. The only criticism I would give was the steak entrecote, which was delicious but had too much Mezcal poured on top, which overpowered the steak slightly. Nice touch tho when it was lit on fire and torched to flavour. But I would definitely go back as it was great...

English Review We came to Doña Catrina Mexican Bistro in Alcossebre for the vegan options and we were really impressed! We tried the burrito, the vegan ceviche, and the tacos veganos al pastor — and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We especially want to thank Lorena and Haidivi and the chefs for making the experience so special. We loved the food, the beautiful Mexican décor, and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. Everything was perfect — we’ll definitely be coming back!

This had to be one of the best night, food was excellent also the atmosphere too. The restaurant is near the beach and you have an amazing view at night as for the service we were served by this sweet girl named Lorena.
