Tizos — Restaurant in Algarrobo

My wife and I were eating in this restaurant, and the food was really terrible, the meat was frozen meat, tough, and tasteless, the bones in the ribs did not come off the meat and the french fries were really loose and tasteless. the service was good at first, but when we complained about the food they started to be nasty and the compensation was a really weak portion where the meat was also tough, I also heard that the price of the meat alone was 18.50e and the french fries should be paid for separately, even though I didn't even eat them and the menu said that it was part of the portion french fries and vegetables, but where are the vegetables? Really bad place, I can't recommend...

This place is getting worse. We ordered bbq wings and it wasn´t well done but the wrost was "gambas al pil pil". It was quite obvious the chef didn´t have an idea to cook them, it was an oily sauce, the amount of prawns was ridiculous and the garlic was completely raw. Estuvimos en el restaurante de El Ingenio, pero no está en Google, así que dejo la reseña aquí, que por lo que veo, funciona igual de mal. Eramos 8 personas. Tardaron mucho en pedirnos comanda. Pedimos 3 pizzas, 1 campero, y 5 durum. Llegó el campero y 3 durum. Los otros 2 durum, no se supo qué pasó. A los 40 minutos reclamamos los durum y pizzas. Llegaron las pizzas (aunque trajerin una más que no pedimos, y que quisieron cobrarnos después) de los durum, no tenian ni idea. De repente parece que estabamos ante el cálculo mas difícil del mundo : 5 durum, + otros 2 que pedimos a posteriori pirque el tamaño era irrisorio. No sabian qué habíamos pedido. En mi vida me ha costado más que entiendan una comanda. Aún así, la tomaron mal, y trajeron más durum de la cuenta. Ahora. El sabor. Todo de lata. Calidad pesima, durum seco, sin salsa (dijeron que traia de yogur). Pizza de masa congelada de mercadona, champiñones de lata, pero eso sí, te cobran como si fuera masa casera. Y aquí la foto de adjunto, la pizza vino con un trozo de aluminio. Un desastre, y la mitad de las mesas, estaban igual, porque estabamos escuchando y mirando. Obviamente jamás...
