Do NOT go here!! Incredible poor service!!! We were there 2 adults + 6 children. We had to wait 45 minutes - 15 minutes before order and then 30 minutes more. Then we asked for plates for the bread. That we had to get ourselves from the kitchen as noone bothered. When we finally got the first plates (everyone got it completely different time) - it was gambas pil pil instead of boccerrones - we had to tell the cook himself (he had completely forgotten and mixed up our order), it was pork filet instead of chicken, which we also said. Instead of waiting another 30 minutes for the right dish (the children were very hungry...) we let them eat the pork despite arguing. And when the bill came after a long wait, they wanted to charge us for the gambas pil pil, which we never ordered and pork fillet instead of chicken (pork fillet which we didn’t want in the first place). We let them know that we did not want to pay for food we never ordered and pork instead of chicken. We also let then know that we had to wait 45 minutes What did they do?? Make excuses for extremly poor service and gave a correct bill? Or a free coffee for having a happy customer?? No, THEY CALLED THE POLICE!!!!!! And they bothered to show that they registered the time we ordered - not considering we had to wait 15 mins before order - Seriously, the most surrealistic experience I have EVER had!!!! So we had to explain our experience to an english speaking police officer on the phone (the other 2 who arrived only spoke Spanish). So, efter several minutes of more wasted time we got a bill which was at least containing the dishes we ordered (but never got). This morning, my family and I had the misfortune of visiting this place, and the experience was hands down the WORST. From the moment we arrived, the staff's attitude was appalling. They treated us like we were an inconvenience, rather than valued customers. But things took a turn for the worse when they tried to seat us next to the bathroom for lunch, despite our having made a reservation a week in advance. When we politely expressed our disagreement, they had the audacity to tell us to "shut up and just sit down." This turned into a verbal fight in the middle of the restaurant. Unbelievable! We sat the first time to have some drinks, had a look at the menu and noticed it was different from the surrounding restaurant so got interested and decided to go for dinner. We got impressed since the first course. First of all the bold decision by the chef, to bring fusion concept to the table has to be respected, it gives the possibility to have “something different”, furthermore the food is delicious, well presented and detailed. Yes you pay a bit more but it’s widely worth the price, the service could be better, with some avoidable mistakes but overall, it’s definitely worth a visit.
