Restaurante La Copa del Condado — Restaurant in Alhama de Murcia

We went to La Copa twice and had ok experiences. The service was decent and the food was okay. However, we went again, as there aren't many options in the Condado, thinking the service and food would still be at the very least ok like the first two visits. This was not the case. We ordered three meals: two lasagnes and one meatball meal. First we ordered the meatball meal with fries and when all the food arrived after having waited at least an hour for drinks and an additional 45 minutes for food, the lasagnes were absolutely tiny with no side salad or anything. The meatballs came without fries when we had explicitly ordered fries and the meatballs came cold. I am not usually one to complain at a restaurant in the middle of the meal however as it is completely unsafe to eat cold pork, I was forced to speak up. We then waited an additional half an hour or so and the meal arrived with the wrong side again and at best room temp. We assumed the best and just waited until we received the bill and we received no courtesy whatsoever for the ruined dining experience. We still gave the staff the benefit of the doubt and spoke to them directly. They refused us any form of courtesy not even removing the meatballs from the bill despite our politeness etc. We were then told by the waiter "just don't come again". I have never in my life had such a bad dining experience. I work in hospitality myself so can understand when a restaurant is busy, staff are doing their best. However we did not expect to be received with such rudeness despite trying to be graceful, patient and polite...

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT LA COPA. We went for the first time tonight since it was La Cata after hearing so many positive reviews. The service was slow and the quality of the food was poor. My son's ravioli was cold and potentially still had frozen meat in it. It tastes crunchy. My other son's pizza was burnt including the pepperoni. My pizza was also burnt round the edges. The pepperoni pizza and pasta got sent back and had to wait about 30 minutes for a fresh pizza, which was 90 minutes in total. At the end of the meal I asked to speak to a manager and explained how disappointed we were with the meal and the slow service. He was not interested about the point that food should not be served cold, as this is a health risk. He refused to reduce the bill and said we received warmer pasta and a fresh pizza. We saw at least another 3 meals being sent back from other tables. The table next to us mentioned to us that she had asked for a well done steak and it arrived with blood in it. We will not be...

Bueno , vengo a dar mi opinión sobre este sitio , anoche estuve allí , íbamos 4 adultas y mi hijo de 5 años , mi hijo tenía hambre, y decidimos sentarnos allí para comprarle algo de cenar mientras nosotras nos tomábamos un refresco allí mismo, pedimos el menú infantil para mi hijo , y luego vinieron a preguntarnos si queríamos algo nosotras , a lo que yo que no tenia hambre pero por pedir algo allí pregunté si me podían poner un menú infantil , a lo que me respondieron que no, que solo es para niños (cosa que no especifica en la carta) entonces decidí no pedirme nada , por qué no iba a pagar por un plato que no me iba a poder terminar , a los 2 minutos vino una camarera a decirnos que como no habíamos pedido nada de comer , que si la hacía falta la mesa teníamos que levantarnos e irnos, cuando mi hijo estaba cenando y nosotras 4 estábamos tomando un refresco de allí , así sea que yo me pida un botellín de agua en un establecimiento , no pueden echarme de ahí! Y mucho menos con mi hijo de 5 años que si se estaba comiendo su menú , en resumen , son unos SINVERGÜENZAS! No solo no pienso pisar más allí , si no que si alguien me pregunta diré sin pelos en la lengua lo sinverguenzas que son. Y ahora respondiendo a tu comentario, cuando la camarera vino a preguntar si íbamos a cenar , le preguntamos que había para comer , a lo que se quedó parada sin saber qué decir y viendo que no reaccionaba le pedí que si me podía traer una carta y en ese momento ella nos montó la mesa con los manteles y cubiertos cuando todavía no se le había confirmado si íbamos a cenar o no , y respecto a lo del menú infantil , yo he ido a muchos otros establecimientos y me han puesto un menú infantil si lo he pedido ya que está en la carta, y si no queréis que lo pidan los adultos especificar en la carta hasta que edad se puede pedir , pero bueno creo que lo mejor será exponer mis quejas en la...
