Booked this because we needed to go somewhere quick and easy - child friendly so, we thought this pizzeria would tick the box. Boy, were we wrong! Our booking was for 8:30. The ‘manager’ was rude to our kids - asked them to sit and be quiet several times whilst taking the order. She was extremely bossy! She finally got roind to taking our order at 9 and at 9:30 we still had no pizzas. I asked her how long it would be and she said 2 more minutes. 10 minutes later the waiter brings one pizza and then a few minutes later another. We were a group booking of 9 so, at this point we asked whether it would be possible to have our dinner together and I was told off for asking and she went on to say that they were only human and only had 2 hands so could only make 2 pizzas at a time. At this point I asked her if I could pay for the pizzas we had had and to not make anymore as they seemed very overwhelmed and busy.
She was very rude and told us to pay and get out and never come back again. We were charged 60 euros for 2 margarita pizzas and 4 waters.
We will never go back and if you’re a large group or family booking I’d avoid this very shady...
Read moreFood may be good - but we did not get the chance to find out. We placed an order for 6 (worth €90) with Uber Eats. After the delivery time had been extended several times, I called the restaurant to check on the order. The person I spoke to told me he hadn’t received my order, and his Uber Eats machine was broken. He offered to cook our food if we came to the restaurant - impossible when you’re staying in a different town, without a car. He emphasised this was not his fault, and eventually hung up on me. Miraculously, the Uber Eats machine must have been briefly restored, as my order was officially cancelled moments after the call ended.
Ultimately there was little they could do, but a bit of politeness would have gone a long way - as well as an apology that their failure to take their business off Uber Eats while their machine was broken led to 6 hungry and disappointed customers. No stars for food or atmosphere, as we...
Read moreAfter 2 days of paella and seafood, I wanted italian food, something cheaper and comforting... researching google, I found this place and it had good reviews. Got there and this incredibly friendly girl was there to welcome us, she was always smiling and would tell us if something was good or if there was a better option. But what impressed me the most was the fact that even when the place was full, she always kept smiling and if someone asked something, she was very sweet and friendly.
We had the tomato bruschetta, the lemon and shrimp tagliatelle (superb!!!!!!!!) And the pizza speciale (delicious!!!!). It's worth the visit if you are NOT in a hurry and want to enjoy a calm night in a...
