We stood at the hotel for 2 nights to visit the beautiful lakes and Caminito del Rey. The hotel was okay at best. Some sockets were broken, the door lock, the balcony door, but everything was managable. We could hear our neighbors at night as well.
The location on the other hand was quite perfect. There's a free parking 50 meters away from the hotel, and you can walk to Caminito del Rey, as well as some public "beaches" (no lifeguards and sometimes slightly messy) for a good and refreshing swim.
We ate at this restaurant once, we had the lamb specialty with vegetables and honey sauce. It was delicious! It might be a bit hard to communicate properly if you don't know Spanish, but it's managable. After dinner, we tasted some home made wine and bought an entire bottle of it :). The waiter at the restaurant was nice and helpful. Keep in mind that the choice of food is quite limited here, and you won't find good breakfast as well.
