Having been enticed by the glowing reviews, we approached this restaurant with high expectations, eager to experience what others had praised so highly. Unfortunately, our visit turned out to be a rather disappointing experience, marked by lackluster dishes and uninspired service.
The lamb was undoubtedly the weakest offering on the menu—a dish that lacked both substance and style. Its meager portion of meat was overshadowed by an excessive amount of unappetizing, chewy fat, and the presentation did little to inspire confidence. It was a half-hearted effort that left us questioning its place on the menu entirely.
The risotto was equally dismal. A dish that should exude creaminess and depth of flavor instead offered nothing more than bland, poorly seasoned rice. Its lack of finesse and exorbitant price made it all the more disappointing.
Muted flavors left us wondering if any attention to taste had been paid in the kitchen.

Read moreSix stars! SEVEN! I can’t say enough about the amazing food and experience at Asador 98. This restaurant rivals the best steakhouses we’ve been to in New York, Paris, anywhere! The service is so personal and kind. But the food is the star. How they came up with the artichoke foie gras - it must have been a divine inspiration! The cowboy ribeye was not only flavorful but the chef made the thick steak a perfect temperature all the way through. The wine list is crazy extensive. We had a Pomerol that complimented the meal perfectly. Can’t say enough about how excellent this meal and experience was. Be sure to book ahead because the tables are limited. You’ll be so...
Read moreWow! Blown away in every way. The ambiance, the food and the service were all exceptional and beyond anything I was expecting. The artichoke with foie was innovative and amazing. The cowboy ribeye was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and tender. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The grilled vegetables were a lovely mix of good vegetables (not overdone with potatoes or eggplant as so many places do). The wine list was fantastic. We had a glass of champagne to start and a Bordeaux from Pomerol with our meal - it was hard to choose from so many truly great wines on the list. A true gem and worth every penny. ...
