I'm sorry you burned your hand on the steamy over-heated milk while you were making chai latte and chatting obliviously with other customer. However, it was unacceptable that you pushed a chai latte toward us, which had already spilled a little less than half of its contents, refilled with water, and covered it with an inappropriately sized lid. Wow. Just wow. This is probably up there with one of the best ice creams I've ever had. Big statement, I know. We were waiting to go to Tibidabo and I saw this place whilst waiting for the bus. A very small place, and the lady spoke good English. I was tempted by the brownies, but I'm a fan of pistachio ice cream and noticed the ice cream was brown. It's normally green, so I asked the lady. I was excited to find a cute gelato place next to the funicular to the Tibidabo but service was not satisfactory. In such a location I was expecting very familiar cozy small talk but received ice cream and that's it. On the counter was sitting little boy and his mother next to him, so I couldn't see half of ice cream display and they weren't eager to move or show any courtesy. I felt not welcome. And gelato was rather pricey and fell out the cone to the ground while riding funicular because scoop wasn't pushed deep enough...
