Quería tomarme un momento para felicitar y agradecer al equipo del restaurante en La Palma por una experiencia culinaria absolutamente excepcional. Hoy visitamos por primera vez su local y quedamos gratamente impresionados. 🌴✨ La ubicación es simplemente espectacular, con una vista impresionante sobre las piscinas que añade un encanto especial a toda la experiencia. El ambiente es acogedor y uno se siente realmente a gusto desde el primer momento. La decoración está muy cuidada, con detalles que hacen que uno se sienta en un lugar exclusivo y especial. La combinación de naturaleza y diseño moderno es perfecta, y realmente se puede ver que han puesto mucho esfuerzo en crear un ambiente agradable y relajante. 🌊 Además, el servicio es de primera categoría. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con una sonrisa y una actitud muy amigable. No solo son muy amables, ¡sino que incluso hablan alemán! Esto hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún más cómoda, ya que pudimos comunicarnos sin problemas y sentirnos como en casa. El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesites, lo cual es un gran plus. 😊🤝 La comida es extraordinaria. Cada plato está diseñado de manera creativa y única, y el sabor es simplemente sublime. La Gaviota is situated right by the sea, perched on a cliff next to natural sea pools. The location is enchanting, offering stunning views of the ocean, the sound of waves crashing against the rocks, and the refreshing scent of the sea.

The service and food were equally delightful, as was the local white wine.

We began with a half portion of gofio escaldado, which, while not visually appealing, was flavorful. A half portion was just the right amount for the four of us.

The char-grilled tomato was a standout dish—it was the best tomato I have ever eaten! Large, juicy, with a subtle smoky aroma and flavor, it was topped with chèvre, nuts, and fresh herbs, creating a perfect combination.

The octopus ceviche with strawberry was another highlight, accompanied by thin slices of house-made crispy potato chips. These could be paired with either a rich butter or a flavorful gofio paste, adding an extra layer of indulgence. The yellowfin tuna served with char-grilled tacos was equally impressive.

We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but it was absolutely worth it ❤️. La Gaviota was the best restaurant we visited during our stay in the...

The place has an amazing view of the ocean and is located right next to some of the best natural pools. You can enjoy a great swim and then have a delicious meal afterward.

Make sure to reserve a table if you want to be sure to get a seat — the food is incredible, and the restaurant is very popular!

The service was fantastic — fast, organized, polite, and always with a smile. We really appreciated it.

And most importantly — the food was simply outstanding! This was the best tuna I’ve ever had in my life. The tuna ceviche was amazing, as well as the baked tuna dishes and traditional local foods like papas arrugadas and gofio. Everything we tried was unbelievably delicious.
