Meh, was almost first to arrive, having a lunch break from work (about an hour). Ordered menu, starter course salad took half an hour to make it to the table. Remarked about the tardiness and was told by staff that menus didn't start coming out until 13:00 (was 13:30) so even worse. Changed an item on main course (didn't want potatoes) and they plain ignored it. Sent plate back and it still came with potatoes although the vegetables I'd swapped them for were there. Sure, changing menu items is nitpicking and I got an extra charge but hey, place wasn't busy, plenty staff (3 waiters) and still they mess up? This is a modern and lively place! The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Their Covid 19 procedures are thorough with very high standards. Customers are gently reminded to wear masks and use the hand sanitizer provided. The staff are attentive to cleanliness and will not allow anyone to sit down until all surfaces have been cleaned. There is a good menu, reasonably priced and the kitchen staff work efficiently and quickly to prepare the orders. There is also a children's menu. The WORST EXPERIENCE I had in Spain! Our food was so so bad, we waited very long, and the boss was such a rude woman! When we said we don’t speak Spanish she said to us we are in Spain and have to speak Spanish! We tried our best but she was making us feel very uncomfortable. We experienced that the people on the table next to us also had a very bad experience and they told those poor people that they would call the police when they complained that their seafood was bad quality and not to eat, they sent it back and therefore understandable not willing to pay for it.
