Best Italian cuisine in Benidorm, probably in Spain!! The food was outstanding and the service from Jose and the team was fantastic. From start to finish the hospitality was brilliant. Starter - calamari, cod croquettes, ensalada capresse. Mains - seafood risotto, lasagna, spaghetti clams/garlic. Deserts - tiramisu and panna cotta. The portion size of every dish was very generous. The food was amazing and my risotto was probably the best I’ve had - risotto was cooked to perfection (can be very tricky if you know what I mean) and it was packed with seafood, not just a few pieces but every mouthful was seafood and packed with flavours. The bill was 137Euros, bit expensive but what you get from service and food (portion size, quality, flavour) it’s a bargain and I would come back here in a heart beat - you should be paying more. In the UK this would’ve cost me £160 and even more if I was eating in central London. I also managed to speak to couple of customers, one had a calzone (could’ve fed 2 people easily) so fresh straight out of the pizza oven. The other guest had a 90day aged steak, cook it yourself - see pic. Absolutely brilliant experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Benidorm. Also recommend making a reservation so you’re not disappointed, however they do try their best to accommodate if you walk in to the restaurant as I saw first hand tonight, very admiral. Keep it going Jose &...

We came this evening for a quick meal, enticed by the nice look and decent size menu we decided to share a garlic prawn starter (this was the only nice part of the meal)
Both ordered mains. A ceaser salad that consisted of burnt chicken, lettuce, fried oily croutons and far too much sauce but that was only the beginning it was absolutely covered in salt (I had to scrape salt of every piece of chicken) sent it back after 2 mouthful and felt sick. My partner the same with an oily salty undercooked pizza. Soggy doesn’t even cut it, the cheese and toppings slid off the pizza. One mouthful of pizza came with a mouthful of oil. Sent it back immediately also. We were charged for both mains after refusing a change of dish as they make you pay even if you don’t eat your food.
Staff told us other people ordered the same food earlier and they are fine with it so we have to pay for ours. The waiter was extremely rude and became aggressive shouting BYE BYE at us as we left. As I have anxiety and don’t like confrontation we swiftly paid the bill and left.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There’s so so many nicer places on the prom to eat, better prices, better food, better service and nicer atmosphere I wouldn’t take my worst enemy there. Can’t actually believe the treatment we received. Don’t bother...
