Gamberra Smash Burger — Restaurant in Córdoba

So went there with great expectations, but no, it did not live up to the 4.8 billing, more like a 3.8. For a start the burgers turned up a full 45 minutes after the chips were delivered. The cheese chips with ham were fine only the ham had been fried for a couple of days so was as hard as grit on the road. After waiting at least 45 minutes you would expect the waiters to acknowledge the time but no, they were nice but no heed was given to the massive wait. I ordered another couple of beers but they never arrived. My girlfriend said she was lactose intolerant but herd burger came out smothered in cheese. 🤣 I'm not sure how this place gets a 4.8 it is not, enjoy the hour...

Language never became a barrier as we do not speak Spanish, the staff (Girl) was accommodating. We went by reviews and ordered their challenge burger only, to start with (Thank god), suppose to be fast selling. We did not like it at all and decided to call it a quit after finishing that. I do not know but I think, I should not blame them, we are Indians, spice is must, without salt will do, meat pie without meat will do but, with out masala and spice all is bland and no taste. Good luck to them. This may not be a relevant review from Spanish crowd point of view, but for us it was money down the drains and we came all the way from Plaza...

Fuimos el viernes por la noche y como no reservan, cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando le dije que quería una mesa para dos y la camarera me dijo que hasta que no estuviera mi acompañante tenía que esperar fuera, gesto un poco feo cuando había sólo tres mesas ocupadas t le dije que mi pareja estaba aparcando.

Tardaron un poco en tomarnos nota y como digo, el bar no estaba ni al 50%. Otro dato que no me gustó nada es que mi pareja terminó su hamburguesa pero yo aún estaba comiéndome la mía cuando le recogieron a él su plato, no lo entiendo yo seguía comiendo y me sentí presionada por ese gesto.

Mientras la chica que estaba detrás de la barra no paraba de discutir con las camareras, lo cual no debe de hacer delante de los clientes, ya que la situación era incómoda al ver las caras cuando venían a la mesa.

El último gesto feo en cuanto al servicio fue pedirnos al pagar que si hacíamos una reseña positiva y se la enseñaba, nos daría un premio en el acto. Por supuesto, le dijimos que no nos interesaba. Me parece una falta de profesionalidad.

En resumen, el servicio y las formas no están a la altura de la calidad de las hamburguesas, lo cual es una pena.

09/24.Me encantó la comida, hamburguesas preparadas con materias primas muy Top así como su elaboración es fantástica y por tanto su sabor es extraordinario. Pedimos de entrantes las patatas y estaban deliciosas todo preparado con mucho tesón.

El servicio fue muy bueno a pesar de estar lleno.

Sin duda repetiremos porque tenemos que probar otras hamburguesas.

Hemos repetido para probar la nueva hamburguesa challenge de este mes y otras patatas. Todo estaba muy bien elaborado. Las bebidas locales de la Rambla también son producto a destacar riquísimas y estoy muy a favor de apoyar empresas locales.

Nos atendió Cristina con cariño, aconsejándonos muy bien y con un servicio...
