Oh No!
Restaurant is a connection of the good kitchen and the good service. Otherwise it is really not working.
We were already sitting at 13:30, after 10 min we finally got the menu card from which we have ordered drinks till the drinks arrived (wrong drink) we were definitely ready to order. Was already 14:30 when FINALLY, the first dish arrived but yeah SADLY JUST ONE DISH, my duck didnāt arrived in next 10 min so we went to ask where is it. Then finally I got my dish (duck supper fatty, see picture ). We were asked for the bill to not waste our time anymore at 15 we left without any dessert we didnāt wanted to wait another 30 min for someone to come and take care of our table.
Donāt understand me wrong food was delicious, but if Iām paying 50ā¬, I do expect to have at least minimum of a good service.
We were said sorry but no one bother to take something out from the bill. Even though that our romantic lunch turned to disaster. No, thank you.

After biting into it my husband realised it was not vegan. We explained to one of the waiters what had happened and he said it was just an appertiser. No apology.
Not only is it rude and disrespectful to serve a vegan meat but to not even apologise is just disappointing.
Both myself and my husband are very upset, disappointed and felt very uncomfortable.
Update: I have seen your response and while I appreciate you taking your time to respond. I wanted to make it clear that unfortunately there was no miscommunication as my husband spoke in both Spanish and English to explain our order to the waiters that we are vegan. I...

Instead of grilling it as one piece, they chopped it into boiled egg style pieces and smothered it in raw garlic and MAYONNAISE, then topped it with an uncooked supermarket egg, on a bed of soggy crisps and a padron. I tried to eat some because it makes me angry when people waste seafood in this way, but it was truly too disgusting to stomach.
