I do a lot of reviews of places, and when I have to give 5 stars I do. And this is a place, a restaurant that really deserves 5 stars and more. I came here to eat with my wife. Food was great. Server was horrible. I get it gets stressful in the service industry as we’ve 3 people in our family that are chefs. We all said our please, our thank yous, we’ve always been so well mannered, and all we got was the most horrible nasty remarks. We wanted to come earlier for dinner but the last reservation to book online was 9. He threw his arms up the entire time was making remarks about us needing more food/drinks. I have never come across a more huffy, tempered, nasty waiter in my life. I have to say, the other woman was so lovely, but he was NASTY. I never leave bad reviews but it left such a bad taste in my mouth. Our family has had the most rough year. We never go away together and we all needed a good relaxed night out and I was met with nothing but nastiness. I will NEVER be back nor recommend the place to my following. Very sad to see. Love this restaurant right at the entrance to the Port. We visited initially for a drink, and loved the service and atmosphere so much we stayed for lunch. Visited two more times in the short time we we stayed in Port Adriano, once for dinner and once for another lunch, and we were only sad we weren’t staying longer so we could go again! The food is amazing - the prawn Tacos Atlantico are to die for! Excellent wine list too. The staff and owners are all so welcoming and friendly, the whole place just has a really lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Plan to return to Port Adriano next year and can’t wait to visit Cantina Can...
