Bar Esperanza — Restaurant in Campos

We went there for lunch with out little girls. The bad experience started from the moment we sat down. The service took about half an hour to come and take the order. On top of that, it's a really hot place (as the roof is made of plastic) and they do not even have fans. Our table was half on the sun and we asked the service to move us to a table that was (at least) not in the sun and they ignored us three times. After an hour from the moment we sat down, they brought the food. I said to one of the waiter's I will leave if they do not change our table and the waiter started yelling that they also were hot and they were not going to change us. Another waiter came, and finally they accepted to change our table. We only had half of the salads after the bad experience, as we wanted to leave quickly. The food is average for the price you pay. During my visit to Bar Esperanza in Campos, Mallorca, I was thoroughly impressed by its prime location adjacent to Plaça Ses Covetes, providing convenient parking and easy access to the nude section of the beach. The atmosphere was both vibrant and laid-back, perfect for unwinding after a beach day. The sangria was exceptional, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood, which was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Hallo, also ich lebe auf Mallorca und ich kenne diese Bar sehr gut. Ich habe dort schon des öfteren gegessen und im Grunde war es immer Okay. Jetzt war ich eine längere Zeit nicht dort essen, aber heute hatte ich nach dem Strandtag Hunger und ich dachte mir, schau doch noch mal wieder rein. Also die Bar war noch schön leer, also es waren max. 3-4 Tische besetzt. Ich wurde schnell und freundlich nach meinem Wunsch gefragt. Ich habe dann einen Burger mit Süßkartoffelpommes bestellt und eine Cola. Also die Cola hat geschlagene 10 Minuten gedauert bis dann die mini Cola mit einem viel zu kleinen Glas kam. In dem Glas war ne Zitronenscheibe und ein Eiswürfel. Für die Cola die zusätzlich in einer Flasche kam (275 ml, oder so) war in dem Glas fast kein Platz mehr. Dieses Prinzip verstehe ich nicht. Das Gute war, der Burger kam 2 Minuten danach. Freude groß, Enttäuschung noch größer. Der Burger (im Durchmesser von einem normalen MC Hamburger) kam mit den Pommes auch auf einem viel zu kleinen und dann auch noch überall kaputten "Teller". (siehe Bild) An jeder Ecke des Tellers waren Abplatzer. Dann die meisten Tische, also ganz ehrlich, schlimmer geht es kaum, die sehen so schmuddelig aus, dass man auf gar keinen Fall etwas von den Pommes die ggf. auf den Tisch fallen, (weil der Teller mit Burger und Pommes viel zu klein war) weiteressen würde. Die Tische sind im Ursprung weiß und sind dann mit schwarzer Farbe angepinselt worden. Also in Deutschland würde dass das Gesundheitsamt die nicht abnehmen. Zum guten Schluss die Rechnung: Für einen für mich Miniburger mit ein paar Süßkartoffelpommes und einer Mini Cola habe ich 20€ bezahlt. Ich bin dann raus und hatte noch Hunger, aber dort noch etwas bestellen wollte ich nun wirklich nicht mehr. Also Location hin oder her, aber das war gar nichts!!! Was ich jedoch sagen muss, ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Für mich wars das mit der Bar Esperanza, dafür gibt es viel zu viele bessere Alternativen.
