I recently visited your restaurant with my child, and I’m reaching out to share a disappointing experience we had. We ordered three ramen dishes—one with chicken and two with beef. Unfortunately, during our meal, we discovered three long white hairs in one of the ramen bowls and a fly in another. While I appreciate that your team apologized and allowed us to skip the payment, nothing else was offered to rectify the situation. We had an amazing dinner at this Asian restaurant. We had spicy beef, duck with bambus and rice. All of them were very tasty, well made and delicious. The portions were medium, enough for a couple. The service was very thoughtful and pleasant. The ladies there are doing a very good job at being respectful, discrete, and attentive. The details were also nice, high-quality forks, napkins, plates, etc. Prices are normal. The place is quiet, compared to the places around. Here, you can really find a relaxing, quiet place where you can easily discuss and have a nice evening with your loved ones. Will come back for sure to try the Thai...
