They offer a wide range of meats, focus on tenderloin and sirloin steaks from various regions in Spain, mostly dry-aged. Check out the video from the meat fridge. Prices range for €35-€80 per person. Sirloin steaks are bigger cuts, therefore for 2-3 people. Their specialty is that you get a hot stone at the table and they cut the meat in thin slices (2-3 mm thin - if you like it rare, the thicker the better as you can leave the meat a bit longer on the hot stone for more roasting aromas to develop). Thus, everyone can cook their meat to their liking. We had the Galician sirloin at €70 per person. The meat is of excellent quality, very rich in taste and tender. The wine list may not be comprehensive, but offers a reasonable selection of Spanish wines, including some specialities at 100-200 €. As a starter we had the mussles marinara. Very high-quality of mussles, very tender. The marinara sauce was good, but has room for improvement. As dessert we had their chocolate brownie. Excellent! The waiters are very competent and attentive. They have their own parking.

We’ve visited Su Karne three times now, and each visit has been a fantastic experience! The food is absolutely delicious, and the meat selection cooked over a hot stone adds a unique and memorable touch. Every dish we’ve tried has been top-notch. Highly recommend this place, but make sure to reserve a table in advance—it gets busy, and for good reason! A must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food and a unique dining experience!

Hacía tiempo que no escribía una reseña y hacía tiempo que no lo hacía tan a gusto. Cuando estamos de vacaciones nos gusta conocer distintos restaurantes y nunca repetimos. Así que esta es una excepción,Nos encantó. Tiene una carta bastante amplia que abarca todos los gustos, carne, pescado, paella, ensaladas…. Es de las pocas cartas en las que hubiésemos probado de todo. Así que,lo dejamos pendiente para la próxima vez. Pero está especializado en carnes, sobre todo a la piedra. . Realmente consiguen que esté espectacular. Un bocado muy fino A las carnes clásicas, añaden también un punto exótico: cocodrilo,canguro.. Amplia carta de croquetas, nosotros probamos las de toro y estaban buenísimas. Me encantó el detalle con el que visten el servicio. . Cuchillos tipo laguiole distintos para los distintos platos, vajilla adaptada a cada plato. Lo mismo con las patatas que acompañan a cada plato .. son diferentes y pensadas para el mismo. El vino de la casa KM1 muy rico El personal es impecable , super atento y amable. Felicitaros por el buen hacer! Habéis abierto en mayo , con mucho nivel. No os deseo suerte porque no la necesitáis. Espero que el año q viene podáis tener un hueco para nosotros😉

We’ve visited Su Karne three times now, and each visit has been a fantastic experience! The food is absolutely delicious, and the meat selection cooked over a hot stone adds a unique and memorable touch. Every dish we’ve tried has been top-notch. Highly recommend this place, but make sure to reserve a table in advance—it gets busy, and for good reason! A must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food and a unique dining experience!

Far and away one of the best meals of my life. We are traveling for our honeymoon and have visited several Michelin start restaurants and none of those compare to the meal we had at SuKarne. How this place doesn’t have a line out the door is beyond me. The service was amazing—they were always watching to make sure our glasses were full and dirty plates were removed. We did the chefs special meal which was incredibly reasonably priced and everything was amazing from start to finish—the wine, carpaccio, and the most tender cuts of beef will have me dreaming of visiting again—we will probably be...

We arrived in the midst of a rare Majorcan storm and couldn't have ended up at a better place.

Restaurant is excellent, a true five stars. Staff are welcoming and attentive, without being overbearing. Food is amazing, by far the best we had on the island, probably the best lunch ive had in years. Steak is of the highest quality and options were very well explained. Even the pizza for our kids was delicious.
