The food was excellent but getting the bill proved almost impossible and we left very disappointed. The food was the best we had eaten all holiday and the service until we had been served our food was great. But then we were ignored when we were hoping to order more drinks and dessert. The waiter (a different one from the original) ignored us again and again, preferring to serve other people, including getting some of them their bills. When we finally managed to get him to stop and talk to us, he muttered something and went away and refused to get us the bill. Saw the recommends for this place after booking a room just up the promenade so we gave it a go. Little bit disappointed, the Galician Pulpo was fantastic, the Sardines were tiny (we did get 7 instead of 6 on the serving), but the Fried Calamari was inedible - soft greasy batter and tough chewy rings - we complained and the plate was taken away, no replacement offered, we weren't charged for them but it felt like "we'll never mention the squid rings again". All in all, it was Okay but I doubt I'll bother...

Had a lovely afternoon meal here. Staff were helpful, tables well spaced out and both chairs and tables cleaned thoroughly after guests left. Such a lovely setting watching the beach and sea. They had new large window awnings in place and lamps as it was a bit of a windy day but we were warm and it didn’t spoil the view. Food was delicious. Octopus, Murcia salad, bread basket and chips with drinks was very reasonable priced. We Will be back very soon as really enjoyed food, atmosphere...
