I went to their 9th anniversary celebration, which you would think is an opportunity to show customer appreciation, and it was the worst craft brewery, or any bar, experience I have ever had. You be the judge. #1 - no glass pints / had to buy 3€ plastic cups. Craft beer in a plastic cup?! Please! Plus pay extra for a worse drink experience. Where is the customer appreciation? #2 - steaming hot beer hall / no shade, no fan, no air-conditioning. I was getting dizzy waiting to be served. #3 - no snacks to accompany the beer or treats for the children. It just felt like it was a money making scheme instead of a show of customer appreciation, who is the lifeline of their business. If this brewery has been around for nine years, then there must be customers who like what they offer. But it is in dire contrast with the craft breweries in the US who have crispy cool glasses, a pleasant cool sitting room and go out of their way to make beer lovers feel welcome and want to stay. Needless to say, I left after the plastic beer and will not be returning or bring any of my friends. As for their craft beer, it is decent for the new market in Spain, but in the US it would not last a week. The standards...
Read moreWow! We happened to pass by on our way to Las Medulas, and when we saw it was an “American BBQ” place, being from the southern US, I had to check it out.
We arrived at 6pm, a full hour before the kitchen opened, but it gave us time to have a few beers (they have a nonalcoholic option, fyi). The guy behind the counter was incredibly friendly and chatted with us a bit.
When we were able to order, we decided to go with two burgers-the Harlem and Fabrica. Both were amazing!
Be sure to also order some of the chili mayo sauce to go with your fries. I promise, you won’t regret it.
This place has a great decor and vibe, music that makes you want to have a good time, and an overall atmosphere of welcoming and warmth. Of course, that’s not to say anything about the absolutely...
