Came to this restaurant because we were staying at the hotel (which is amazing- 5 stars). However. This restaurant is terrible. I ordered a steak medium. As pictured it is well over well done. My Mom ordered a grilled eggplant, because there are close to 0 vegetarian options. How can you mess up an eggplant? I don’t know. But let me tell you, it was terrible. My dad ordered the bacalao, and usually he isn’t a picky guy. Especially when it comes to fish. But he wouldn’t eat it because it was so bad....

I am vegetarian and the chef came out to explain the menu, which had some vegetarian options but also said he could alter any dish on the menu to make it vegetarian, which was really useful as good vegetarian food isn’t always the easiest to find in this region.

Carta reducida, pero no escasa, con platos y postres que reflejan la historia de La Almoraima, la tradición de la escuela A. Escofier; la caza, la ganadería (vaca retinta que puede usted ver pastar a unos 400 mts) y los cultivos propios del olivo, hortalizas -como el tomate propio que comercializan para Heinz o el corte inglés. Vinos de Cádiz, Huelva,...y, naturalmente, Duero, Rioja, ...o cavas y los franceses, con precios medios (ej, una botella bien helada de "manzanilla" Papirusa Emilio Lustau, 19 euros...).
